All orders are placed via WhatsApp (+91 91688 11411). An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us and complete payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, after which a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges may apply for orders below ₹499.
4. Payment
We accept payments via UPI, GPay, PhonePe and bank transfer. Full payment is required before order dispatch. We do not accept cash on delivery at this time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged. Please share a photo of the damaged product on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All jewellery sold by Narayani Casa is imitation jewellery and not made of precious metals or stones.
